Terms and Conditions

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip are non-refundable

• Night travel beyond 10 PM for outstation trips subject to availability

• Airport waiting time beyond 1 hour will be charged (Rs. 200/hr)

• Prices are valid for direct drops only; additional halts or detours will be chargeable

• Vehicle upgrade/downgrade is subject to availability

• Misbehavior or damage to the vehicle will result in cancellation of service without refund
