Delete Your Travel2Cities Account

If you would like to delete your Travel2Cities account and all associated data, please send an email to the address below with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

What to include in your email

• The email address registered to your account

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, mobile number)
• Login credentials
• Enquiries submitted through the app
• Device and notification tokens
• Tour download records

What is retained

Payment transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. These records do not contain card or bank details (payments are processed by Razorpay).

Processing time

Requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
