1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following data to provide our services:
• Account data: Name, email address, phone number (when you register)
• Location data: GPS coordinates (foreground only, to show nearby attractions)
• Device data: Device token for push notifications, device type, OS version
• Usage data: Pages viewed, features used (for improving the app)
• Payment data: Razorpay processes payments — we do not store card details
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
• To fulfil tour, cab and stay bookings
• To send booking confirmation and service notifications
• To show relevant nearby attractions and services
• To improve app features based on usage patterns
3. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
• Razorpay (payment processing) — governed by Razorpay Privacy Policy
• Firebase (Google) — for push notifications and crash reporting
• Mapbox — for maps (anonymous location queries only)
4. DATA STORAGE
Your account data is stored securely on our WordPress server
(travel2cities.com). Authentication tokens are stored in encrypted
secure storage on your device.
5. LOCATION
We request location permission to show attractions near you.
We do not track your location in the background unless you
specifically enable proximity-based tour features.
6. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
We send notifications for booking updates, new offers, and
app updates. You can disable notifications in your device settings
at any time.
7. ACCOUNT DELETION
To delete your account and all associated data, email
support@travel2cities.com or use the Delete Account option
in the app under Profile → Settings.
8. CHILDREN
This app is not directed at children under 13 years of age.
