1. Delay Due to Other Guests

This is a shared cab, so minor delays may occur due to pickup/drop coordination with other guests. We appreciate your patience.

2. No Show / Last-Minute Cancellation

If you fail to be available at the pickup point without prior notice, your booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be provided.

3. Expects Custom Stops

As this is a shared cab, personal detours or unscheduled stops are not possible. The itinerary is fixed for all guests’ convenience.

4. Excess Luggage or Group Size

Each guest is allowed limited hand luggage. For large luggage or additional guests, please contact us to confirm availability.

5. Guest Arriving Late to Pickup Point

Please be ready at your pickup point 5–10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. The cab will wait a maximum of 5 minutes at each pickup spot.

6. Weather or Road Conditions Affecting Itinerary

🌦️ Unforeseen Disruptions
In case of bad weather, road blocks, or unavoidable local restrictions, the itinerary may be altered for safety reasons. No refunds for missed spots.

7. Cab Sharing Discomfort

8. Hotel Accessibility Limitations

Some hotels in Ooty are located in narrow or restricted-access roads where larger vehicles cannot reach. In such cases, guests are requested to walk to the nearest accessible pickup point as informed by the driver.

9. Sightseeing Pick-up Protocol

At sightseeing spots, the cab will be parked in the designated parking area. Guests must return to this parking point after their visit. No on-spot pickups near entry/exit gates will be provided due to traffic and parking regulations..

   Cab slots are assigned strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Please verify slot availability with our team before making any payment.

2. Package Review
   Read the complete package details prior to booking. Your reservation implies acceptance of the stated inclusions, exclusions, and timings.

3. Fixed Itinerary
   The tour operates on a predefined schedule. Route deviations, unscheduled stops, or extensions beyond the allotted time are not permitted.

4. Full Use of Cab Time
   Ensure you utilize the cab for the entire service window as outlined in the itinerary. Unused time cannot be carried forward or refunded.

5. Hotel Pickup Radius
   Hotels located more than 3 km from Ooty Bus Stand incur an additional pickup/drop surcharge, payable before the trip.

6. Payment & Refund Policy
   Make payment only after your booking is confirmed by our team. All payments are non-refundable once processed.
